I'm so excited to share these digital self care cards that I've created.
They are saved to your phone, so you can flick through and choose one at any moment you need a bit of calm, to resettle your nervous system or are feeling overwhelm.
Each has a little tip or tool that will take just minutes to do.
The aim is for you to shift from overwhelmed, tired & stuck to calmer, more balanced and able to move forward with your day.
You can do one a day, or I'd recommend doing one 3-4 times a day. They really don't take long - but will likely have a massive impact on your physical, mental and emotional energy.
You won't need anything extra to do them (apart from maybe a candle, or journalling if you like).
My favourite times to do them, are in the morning when I'm waiting for kids to come downstairs, when I've just done or waiting on the school run and in the evening whilst cooking in the kitchen. They make me feel calmer and take the frazzled/frustration energy down a notch or two!
